One friend wanted big and bold, the other wanted a three thread tiger. Enjoy.

Fished from 11-4:30. The conditions seemed great for a nice King run. Nice SW winds, bait, clear water. But there was one problem, flipper. Only a hand full of Kings put on deck. Most Kings fell victim to flipper. I only caught one big bobo. Flipper almost got that too. Had to free spool the bobo a couple times and with some good jig placements towards the end , we were able to avoid giving flipper a snack. Thunder and lightning started to move in so I called it a day.

The "Ultimate" Pier Cart
Jul 02, 2009 - 7:33 PM - by StandOut
I'm working on building the "Ultimate", bar none, the most well equipped cart there will ever be .

This is me getting ready for the grand opening of the Alabama State Pier, here is what I have so far, now comes the customizing, of course what I have already is about the best money can buy. Something I have dreamed about owning, I have built and wore out 7 pier carts, most were junk to start with

I have started with a "Reels on Wheels" and added the "REAL" thing that sets the Wheels above the rest, a "Cruzin Cooler" (750 watt) to tow it, and carry me the 1500+ feet to the end of the pier. I made a tow bar to connect the Cooler to the cart, I will be adding at least 4 more rod holders to the cart, a table top on the top of the milk crate , on that top I will bolt down a professional wire bender, for making leaders and Spinning lures, I will have places for everything...
